This website is an extension to my original site: Eric's Little Shack by the Railroad Track. I had filled up my allotted server space on my first upload and still planned on posting more; so rather than pay the fee to stretch my server space on that site, I have once again gotten free webspace and have begun a whole new site. Technically there is no order of my sites, in other words, no real reason to visit the Little Shack by the Railroad Track before the Little Shack by the Sea, although the Railroad Shack was first. I hope you enjoy the second installment of my homemade recordings. I record on PC with Cakewalk with an Athlon 900 chip and a Sound Blaster PCI 512. Guitar Processor used is Behringer's V-AMP2 and POD. Guitars used are Fender Telecaster, Charvel , and Godin a/e. Bass used is an Essex 5 string. Any keyboarding was done on an Alesis QS8. Compression by Alesis Nanocompressor for some of the newer drum tracks. Mixers limited to Mackie 808M and Peavey Unity Series 1000. Export Select drums by Pearl, Gibraltar Curved Rack, Pro Mark sticks, Zildjian 16" A Custom crash, Zildjian 16" Crash, Zildjian 20" Ping Ride, Zildjian 14" New Beat Hi-Hats, Sabian 9" Mike Portnoy Signature Splash. Gibraltar Hardware. Mics include Sennheiser vocal mic, Sony condenser, AKGD112 Bass Drum mic, Audio Technica mic pack for toms, snare.
